The quick evolution of digital technology and the changing expectations of users demand constant improvements in the experience and online accessibility of public institutions.
In this context, the website update becomes essential to ensure the accessibility, usability and relevance of the information offered, besides maintaining transparency and effective communication with citizens.
😭 USER'S PAIN POINTS
We started to question everything; the users’ pain points, what is the good and what is bad; check unnecessary material, technology and appearance.
Customers gave us some of the aspects of the website that had not been renewed since 2012 and those were our solid foundations of the improvement.

Once our beloved wireframes passed the wheel of approval of the prodigious PM (applause, please!👏👏 ), we began the exciting dance towards mockups.
Now it’s time to dress up those digital skeletons with the finery of UI design.
